The Republic Reporter Kellie Hwang reached out to Professor of Real Estate Mark Stapp to find out why the Valley is considered the java capital of the Southwest.
If you search online for a coffee shop in downtown Phoenix, you'll get answers that contain "30 best in Phoenix." Carey Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program Mark Stapp to find out why the Valley is considered a mini Seattle for its high concentration of places that serve brew.
