
Coffee shops are taking over downtown Phoenix, and they're not all Starbucks

If you search online for a coffee shop in downtown Phoenix, you'll get answers that contain "30 best in Phoenix." But there are actually 40 places to fuel up on caffeine in the city, according to The Republic Reporter Kellie Hwang's story. She reached out to Executive Director of the W. P. Carey Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program Mark Stapp to find out why the Valley is considered a mini Seattle for its high concentration of places that serve brew.
