These signs may tip off your manager that you're about to resign, according to research.
Wearing dressier clothes to work is a behavior you'd think would tip off your boss that you're interviewing for a new job position. Professor of Management Peter Hom and his research partners examined a list of more than 900 characteristics of employees who are about to quit, narrowing it down to the top 13 signs. To confirm the accuracy of the 13 behaviors they had selected, they surveyed a large sample of managers concerning the behavioral changes of some of their employees and found that they were able to accurately predict the chances that these people would voluntarily quit.
