AdvancePierre: Case study in successful restructuring

Matthew Wilson is managing director of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., majority shareholder in AdvancePierre. The two shared the podium at the Nov. 8, 2012, Economic Club of Phoenix Luncheon, to share the AdvancePierre story. The company was formed through the acquisition of three family-owned food businesses, and despite starting at the beginning of the recent recession, the company is very successful.
