Shell Executive Vice President Curtis Frasier, who is general counsel of Royal Dutch Shell’s Upstream Americas business and head of legal in the U.S. for the gasoline giant, described the oil company's business worldwide and commented on sustainable energy issues at the Economic Club of Phoenix on Feb. 2, 2012.

Curtis Frasier is the executive vice president and general counsel of Royal Dutch Shell’s Upstream Americas business. He is also Shell’s head of legal in the USA.
