Undergraduates are all assigned a ASU GMail account managed for the university by Google.

    Graduate Students

All W. P. Carey Full-time Graduate students have access to Microsoft Outlook on the University’s Microsoft Exchange environment, thereby gaining access to shared calendars, scheduling features, and other communication resources.

Part-time graduate students can use a personal or work e-mail or a ASU GMail account managed for the university by Google. Part-time graduate students have the option of redirecting e-mail sent to their ASU Gmail address to a personal or business e-mail account.

Graduating students who have an Exchange account will have continued access to the account for one year after graduation, by which time they will either need to setup a GMail account or redirect their ASU.EDU e-mail address to another e-mail account.
