1. Open Outlook 2007

2. Click File

3. Select Data File Management

4. Click the Data Files tab

 kb517-1-4

5. Click Add…

 kb517-1-5

6. Select Office Outlook Personal Folder File (.pst)

 kb517-1-6

7. Click OK

 kb517-1-7

8. Browse to your Personal Folders.pst file

***NOTE*** Your Personal Folder.pst files are usually located in (G:) Home Files under the Outlook folder

9. Select Personal Folders.pst
***NOTE*** Your Personal Folders may be named differently. Verify that the file you are adding has a .pst file extension.

10. Click OK

11. Click OK

 kb517-1-11

12. Verify that Personal Folders is listed under Data Files

 kb517-1-12

13. Click Close

 kb517-1-13

14. Expand Personal Folders under All Outlook Items

Section 2 of 2: Outlook 2010/2013

1. Open Outlook

2. Click the File tab

***NOTE*** Outlook 2013 will display the tab, and sub-menus, in blue

3. Click Info

4. Click Account Settings

 kb517-2-4

5. Select Account Settings…

 kb517-2-5

6. Click the Data Files tab

 kb517-2-6

7. Click Add…

 kb517-2-7

8. Browse to your Personal Folders.pst file

***NOTE*** Your Personal Folder.pst files are usually located in (G:) Home Files under the Outlook folder

9. Select Personal Folders.pst

***NOTE*** Your Personal Folders may be named differently. Verify that the file you are adding has a .pst file extension.
