You may not feel motivated to reach your organization’s objectives, such as adding new services, improving products, and obtaining more clients. It's not that you mean harm; ultimately, the business' success affects you positively. However, you have goals, too, such as personal financial well-being and job security. Your manager can help you expand your role so it aligns with the organization's direction and adjust your priorities to avoid burnout.
