Attending an event — whether it’s an info session on campus or interactive webinar online — is one of the best ways to find out more about the W. P. Carey School and its MBA programs. If you live nearby or have time to come visit ASU’s Tempe campus, you should join us for an upcoming MBA Preview Day. For prospective MBA student Nana Oureya, MBA Preview Day was the perfect opportunity to learn about the tight-knit W. P. Carey community firsthand.
Nana Oureya moved to the U.S. from France. “I was working in investment banking in France. Then I stopped my career and came here to start a family with my husband,” she laughs. “Now with two kids, I’m ready to resume my career.” Nana was drawn to the W. P. Carey School because of its reputation, as well as networking opportunities available to W. P. Carey students. She says networking opportunities clearly make it easier for students to not only find jobs, but to find desirable jobs once they’ve finished their MBA.
Prospective MBA student Allan David says MBA Preview Day helped solidify W. P. Carey as his top choice b-school, because of the caliber of its faculty, highly ranked programs, and what he says is one of the best campuses in the nation. “It’s more of an advancement in my career,” he says, “and getting better at it day by day. ASU is the right place to start.”
